The library holds six recordings from the original collection. Titles and running times help you choose. You don’t have to finish a film and can change your mind at any time.

Playback on your terms

Videos begin only after you press Play. The regular controls let you pause, change the volume or move to another point. Loop and a rest timer are available on every video page.

Keep breathing and watching distinct

The music and nature recordings are not guided breathing classes. To use the circle, open the breathing practice. You can practise first and watch afterwards, or choose only one of the two.
